In compliance with our Covenants Article V, Architectural Control:
"There shall be no exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the nauture, kind, shape height, materials, and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony or external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association or by the architecturual committee composed of 3 or more representatives appointed by the Board."

All homeowners must receive prior approval for all projects to the exterior of their home. When asking for monetary reimbursement for repairs involving Common Elements (roof, siding, trim, sheetrock), GBS is not responsible to reimburse for projects that are not approved and fines may be implemented to ensure fairness and compliance within the community.

If you have any concerns or issues with leaking involving the exterior walls or roof, please report them as soon as possible. Failure to report damage promptly may result in GBS not being responsible for covering the repair costs. Our goal is to address issues early to prevent them from escalating.
